The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

boos88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify boos88 support immediately at [email protected].

boos88 processes KYC documents within 24 hours on business days. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by boos88, or submission of fraudulent documents, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

All deposits to your boos88 account must be made using payment methods approved by the platform. Accepted methods include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page within your account and are subject to change without prior notice.
• boos88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which boos88 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited must originate from accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded, less any incurred processing costs.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly applied, contact support immediately.
• boos88 does not accept deposits from credit cards, cryptocurrency wallets, or any payment method not listed as approved on the platform at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your boos88 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused.

• Withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Withdrawal page within your account dashboard and are subject to periodic revision.
• Any active bonus balance attached to your account at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not yet been met, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• boos88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the historical average for that account.

• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real money balance is depleted. Once bonus funds are exhausted, real money balance becomes active.

• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice, including during stoppages in play. boos88 accepts no liability for bets not placed due to a market suspension.

• Unauthorized access: Attempting to gain access to another user's account, to boos88's administrative systems, or to any back-end infrastructure through any means.

All content on the boos88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, data compilations, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of boos88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on boos88 without our prior written consent.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting boos88 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in your account — after settlement of all pending bets and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boos88 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
